Summary: One Staff was not very friendly when I tried to stake up a conversation, like don' want to talk to me during check in. The Valet parking personnel were great. Last the room was not serviced or cleaned on a daily basis during my stay. When I called the front desk, all I got is excuses on lack of staffing, etc. :NOT MY PROBLEM !!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STAFF FULLY !!. Considering the property supposed to be a luxury property, I expected better experience and at the very least the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the staffs to smile. Considering a one night stay can be priced at more than a $1000. It felt more like staying at Day's Inn. Although I am a member of Marriott, this is no way to earn loyalty.

Summary: We had a nice experience until 5:30am. My husband and I took a short staycation for our 10 year anniversary, so we were looking forward to a night away without the kids, and a good nights sleep. We were awoken at 5:30am by beeping construction trucks that never stopped. I mean they were right outside our window. It was horrible. After we finally decided to just get up, we went to make coffee, and there’s no coffee pods in the room, so we called down to ask for coffee to be brought up, and after an hour of waiting, my husband had to go down and find coffee on his own. A VERY disappointing stay. I have no doubt they know these particular rooms are affected by the current construction, and they should either be discounted, or at the very least we should have been warned. Won’t be staying there again.

Summary: The room with King Bed was comfortable and for the most part clean. (One ledge on nightstand electric box covered in dust). We arrived about 5 PM and AC was not working - room 78 degrees. We had to call maintenance for a repair. The AC was repaired but took a long time to get room to 71 degrees by next morning. I like the security of elevator system. If I was traveling alone I would appreciate this very much.

Summary: Hotel iand staff are nice. Walkable location but it was a Sunday. There wasn’t a game in town and the city was eerily empty. Also the Expedia site states free self parking which wasn’t the case.
